Utrack Africa Limited is a dynamic leader in distributing GPS fleet management products and services. We are currently looking to hire a Sales & Customer Care Representative who can cater to the business needs and objectives of a Telematics and Fleet Management company. The right candidate will be posted in Arusha, Tanzania and must have the following skills:

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge: Acquire complete information on all Utrack products and familiarize yourself thoroughly with the target market for each product.
  • CRM Utilization: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools in all procedures involving selling Utrack products.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare compelling sales presentations and proposals and present them to prospects.
  • Reporting: Generate reports, daily work records, and sales prospect summaries, demonstrating full activity and follow-ups. These reports should indicate progress toward meeting set goals.
  • Tender Proposals: Create detailed proposals for tenders or bidding processes to meet the Tenderer’s requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate new product and service opportunities, competitor activity, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to Management.
  • Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events such as seminars, workshops, trade shows/fairs, and promotion campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Fleet and tracking management companies
  • Solid Achievement as Sales and Marketing Executives
  • Experience in sales management and dealing with clients
