Position Overview:

Camp Atupele is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Person to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, handle reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Manage reservations check-ins, and check-outs efficiently. 
  • Handle guest enquiries and provide accurate information about the camp’s facilities and services. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. 
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, tidy and organized front office area. 
  •  Manage shop inventory 
  •  Table service in the restaurant, do we want them to do sales reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Swahili.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficient in using reservation software, microsoft excel and word.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
