Camp Atupele is seeking to hire a Continental Chef to join and provide support for the kitchen team.

Position Overview:

Camp Atupele is in search of a skilled and creative Chef to support our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver high-quality meals, manage stock, design menus, and maintain kitchen hygiene standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and create diverse and appealing menus for guests.
  • Kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
  • Manage inventory and control food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a hospitality setting.
  • Creative menu planning and presentation skills. 
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities. 
  • Fluent in English and Swahili
